Entry Requirements:

The PRSA NJ Pyramid Awards are open to all public relations professionals, consultants, agencies, and organizations that launched or completed qualifying public relations campaigns or single-item activities either as New Jersey-based professionals, consultants, agencies, and organizations or for New Jersey-based clients between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.

Each entry must be accompanied by a concise summary (two single-spaced 8.5" x 11" pages, in a 12-point font that outlines the scope of the program, including:

1. Research and Analysis: The problem or opportunity, any contributing factors and background considerations.
    
2. Planning: Objectives used in budgeting, program strategy and measurement.
    
3. Execution: Techniques used and any difficulties encountered in achieving the program's objectives.
    
4. Results: A statement as to whether objectives were met and how effectiveness was measured. 
    

Single-item entries must include the item itself.

All entries must include a 100-word summary to be used during the awards program. 

Additional supporting materials may be uploaded. However, judges will rely primarily on the four-point summary.
